Failure repair process for water supply pump

2, open pump screw pump at both ends of the packing gland, loosen the packing gland;

3, open pump at both ends of the bearing cover;

3, remove the pump cover all screws, remove the pump cover;

4, carefully check the pump impeller cavitation wear, inspection sleeve wear, when the impeller cavitation hole, the sleeve wear depth is more than 0.8mm, to replace the impeller and shaft sleeve;

5, the pump rotation part of the overall lift out;

6, Lamar will split the coupling, and will take care of the key;

7, with 19 - 17 wrench will pump bearing body cover open;

8, Lamar will both ends of the bearing and bearing down, loosen the back cap, bearing down, check the bearing damage, if the bearing is damaged, you need to replace the bearing;

9, remove all packing, turn out bearing gear sets, seal ring, seal ring;

10, loosen the back cap sleeve, remove the sleeve ring;

11, the pump shaft with the brass tap evenly erect, impeller, the impeller to replace take off;

12 will the new impeller set on the pump shaft (note the square key position) with a copper rod, tap evenly the impeller to the specified location, at both ends of the impeller sleeve upper ring;

13, a new change of the sleeve, the locking sleeve, both ends of a water seal ring, sealing ring, bearing sleeve, and the bearing end cover packing gland;

14, back loading of rolling bearings, back loaded bearing sleeve with copper percussion to the specified position, bearing lock back cap, respectively at both ends of the bearing sleeve bearing in the body, injected calcium base grease in the bearing chamber, the injection volume is bearing chamber volume of 2/3, tighten the connecting nut bearing chamber;

15, install back water pump coupling;

16, the pump shaft is carried into the pump body, a bayonet ring at both ends of the impeller, to observe at both ends of the impeller sealing ring gap is uniform, rotating impeller, there should be no blocking phenomenon, if not, by adjusting the sleeve nut to adjust;

17, adjust the normal back loading bearing gland;

18, with the hand pump rotating parts should be very flexible;

19, adjust the normal back loading pump coupling with water seal ring, inner packing, both ends of each 2, each side of the two packing should be 90 degrees incision;

20, in accordance with the water supply pump end face with yellow shell paper production of sealing gasket (note that the seal gasket can not be broken), cover the pump cover;

21, the water pump end cap nut screw in, tighten the 4 nuts in the first symmetric direction, and then tighten the nut in turn;

22, mounted on the water pump seal ring outer packing process, see "water pump" for the packing replacement work card;

23, even the water pump, motor, water pump and motor axis adjustment in the allowable range (center offset axis is not 0.04mm/m, the coupling gap is not more than 2-4mm), turn the pump shaft by hand should be able to turn;

24, finishing the field and return to work ticket test run water supply pump.
