The application of submersible pump in the hydropower plant

In the auxiliary system of the hydropower plant, the main shaft seal start water solenoid valve control unit automatically open the boot seal water solenoid valve, solenoid valve and close the water stop seal; automatically boot off the sealing water solenoid valve, solenoid valve seal water stop open at the same time.
When the gas tank pressure is low, starting air compressor; start standby air compressor when the pressure is too low, an audible alarm and emergency air compressor and air storage tank low pressure fault signal; when the pressure is normal, the outage of air compressor and air compressor spare reset start signal; when the working machine failure, start standby air compressor and alarm.
When the gas tank pressure is too low or too high, the sound alarm and the pressure is too low or too high accident signal. Air compressor during operation, when the compressor lubricating oil pressure is high or low, sound alarm and medium pressure air compressor lubricating oil pressure abnormal signal. When the water leakage catchpit high, start working deep well pump; when the water leakage catchpit continues to rise too high water level, start the standby pump, when the pump continuous working time exceeds the set value, a water pump operation timeout alarm signal.
The control object and control function of each subsystem are different, but the control cabinet is the same as the control unit. The control cabinet is composed of a display unit, a control unit, a motor starting component, a power supply and an alarm component. The display part mainly has the photon sign, the indicator light. The control unit mainly has the PLC and the corresponding switch quantity input and output module, the analog quantity input and output module, the control relay and so on.
